In the event of an incident or emergency, please notify the Kode With Klossy team immediately by tagging
@kwk-team on Slack with a clear summary of what occurred. Prompt, transparent communication ensures we can support you effectively and respond appropriately. Please share:- A summary of what has occurred
- Full names of any scholars involved
- Any actions taken by your team or camp hosts
Incidents/emergencies may include, but are not limited to behavioral conflicts, medical concerns, staff issues, operational challenges, or environmental hazards. If the incident involves a scholar’s safety or wellbeing, you may need to contact their emergency parent/guardian using the information in your Airtable roster.
