Best Practices for Virtual ILs
Coordinate as a Team | Ensure all IAs and Instructors are wearing the same background at the start of a session. This visual unity makes the leadership team feel organized and "together," even if you are in different time zones.
Document the Moment | IAs in charge of documentation should take "Gallery View" screenshots when the whole camp is using coordinated backgrounds. These photos are gold for the end-of-camp video!
Encourage Creativity | While we provide templates, scholars are welcome to design their own backgrounds. This is a great way for them to practice their design skills!
